Two marijuana posts in one day…let alone from my fair city!!!! Anywhoo….Cornelia Turner Mayo was a juror in a marijuana case until a 4 minute break was granted by Judge Ross. During that break, Juror Mayo allegedly lit up a joint and smoked it on the courthouse steps. Police officers were booking her when the Judge was about to issue a warrant for her. Thats when he released she took jury service a bit too seriously…

Well, not really WTF. My #1’s were #1. But still. Here’s the breakdown. We shall start with the republicans because, well, they’re right on most issues.

Republicans:
#1 Mike Huckabee
#2 Mit Romney

Democrats
#1 Barack Obama
#2 John Edwards
#3 Hillary Clinton (I only mention her as #3 b/c well, she’s a Clinton and everyone loves a Clinton!)

As for Rudy, he has shifted most of his campaigning to Super Tuesday, so we will know if he is still in the mix then.

P.S. When I say my #1’s, I don’t mean it like they are my candidates. You should already know this because a man cannot have 2 #1’s. That is utterly impossible. Just for clarification, what I meant by that was that those were the candidates I thought would top the polls in Iowa. That is all.

Just wanted to say thanks to all who attended, we really enjoyed your company. As for your drinking habits, you should be ashamed of yourselves. What more can I do people?

The title says it all, folks. You read it right…a sperm donor must pay child support. Allright, so the title doesn’t say it all. Let me give you the low-down: woman needs sperm….doctor in hospital offers sperm….oral agreement of no rights and obligations….doctor agrees to allow his name to be on birth certificate….doctor sends cash and cards to kid every once and a while…..kid turns 18…..mom can’t pay for college….mom sues doctor.

This is crazy people. I am going to be a lawyer, I know…but man!! This is crazy! I think if you are going to claim the rights you should at least do so in the first few years if you know the identity of the father, and she certainly did. Just because someone doesn’t go through a sperm bank doesn’t mean he should therefore have to pay child support. He was being nice. She abused his trust. I guess we know what gender is only in it for the money…..
